Are furnished units offered?
No, all units are offered unfurnished.
Are pets allowed in the units?
Small to medium size dogs are allowed with the payment of an additional security deposit in the amount of $500.00 and the signing of a Pet Addendum.
Does rent include utilities?
Utilities are not included in the rent. If two (2) adults are to reside in a unit they should figure approximately $325 – $350 per month for all utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, tv, phone & internet)
How much is the application fee and is it refundable?
The application fee is $50.00 and is not refundable.
What is the minimum lease term?
All lease terms are for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent amount and is due when a signed lease is submitted.
What is tenant’s (renter’s) insurance and will I need to obtain it?
Tenant’s insurance is a form of homeowner insurance providing for personal liability (bodily injury and property damage) coverage and further providing coverage to keep tenant’s personal property on and in the premises insured for the benefit of the tenant against loss or damage. All tenants are required to show proof of obtaining such coverage for a term equal to the lease term before residency can occur.
Are there any additional condo, maintenance or trash collection fees due?
No additional fees of any kind are due. The cutting of grass, maintaining of shrubs & mulch beds, removal of snow from driveways & sidewalks and the collecting of trash are all included.
How do I apply for a unit?
Click on the APPLICATIONS tab in the above header and download the Lease Application form. Complete the form as per the instructions and mail it along with a check in the amount of $50 (nonrefundable application fee) to the address listed at the top of the form.
